The list is reviewed on 1 April each year, and it is the same list for everyone. There is no first-visit discount, because that is a price rise with a name.

You get a written estimate before any procedure, and a telephone call before we exceed it. If we cannot reach you, we do the minimum that is safe and stop.

Your records are yours. We send them to another practice within one working day of you asking, and we do not charge for it.
