Your name, address, telephone number and email address. The clinical record of each animal registered with us, including consultation notes, test results, imaging and anything dispensed.

If you have paid us, we hold the transaction reference. We do not hold your card details; the payment provider does.

The clinical record exists because we are required to keep it and because treating an animal without its history is worse medicine. Your contact details exist so we can reach you about your animal, including during a procedure.

The clinical team. A laboratory or referral practice when a sample or a case is sent to them, and only the part they need. Nobody else, and never a marketing list.

Clinical records are kept for seven years after the last entry, or for the life of the animal plus two years, whichever is longer. Contact details are deleted when the last animal on the account is deregistered.

Ask and we will send them, to you or to another practice, within one working day and at no charge. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect the care your animal receives.
