Every price on this site is what we would quote today, and the list is reviewed on 1 April each year. A price is a starting figure unless it is given to you in writing as an estimate for a named procedure.

You get a written estimate before any procedure, and a telephone call before we exceed it. If we cannot reach you we do the minimum that is safe and stop.

Payment is due on the day, before an animal is discharged. We take cards and bank transfer. We do not invoice insurers directly except where a policy has been pre-authorised in writing before the work starts.

Your policy is a contract between you and your insurer. We will complete a claim form and send the records it needs, but the debt is yours whether or not the claim is paid.

Tell us twenty-four hours before a booked procedure and there is no charge. Less than that, or a missed appointment, and we may charge the consultation fee. We waive it the first time, every time.

Out of hours is provided by our own team on site. The consultation fee and the admission fee are separate charges, and neither includes any treatment given during the visit.

Write to the practice manager. We reply within five working days, and we tell you plainly what we found. If that does not settle it, you can take it to the professional regulator.
